Salmon Hash

Please read the entire recipe before starting.

One can red Sockeye Salmon--No Pink!! Sm. or lg. can to taste
1 1/2 stack of saltine crackers (crumbled)
3 Tablespoons butter
Yellow mustard
Milk
Pepper

Drain Salmon (save liquid). Clean salmon of skin. Melt butter
in skillet, stir in crackers, and brown, add about 2 1/2 cups milk
to skillet. Add mustard to saved liquid to taste, (takes a fair amount!!).
Add liquid and salmon to skillet, stirring often, cook uncovered until
evenly bubbling. More milk may be need. Pepper to taste and serve
over buttered toast.
